The four-bedroom Strathmore design is split into two separate buildings, making it ideal for dual occupancy. The open plan living in the main building includes a kitchen with a large walk-in pantry. There are also two bedrooms, a walk-in robe and ensuite, a separate toilet and a laundry with outdoor access.
The second smaller building includes bedrooms 3 and 4, a small living room, plus a shower, toilet and powder room. The design comes with the split skillion façade as standard which allows for raked ceilings in both living areas, adding to the sense of space.
