The Alexandra Project was designed to complement a sloping rural block while making a bold modern statement. Featuring the Cubehaus façade, the home combines three exterior cladding materials to create depth and texture, anchored by a sculptural steel pergola that defines the entry. The garage is cleverly positioned beneath the right wing to work with the site’s gradient and maximise usable space. Inside, a minimalist aesthetic is expressed through a sleek kitchen with a servery window, and large bi-fold doors, all enhancing flow between indoor and outdoor living.
