The design includes a spacious bathroom situated between the master bedroom and the third bedroom. The bathroom shown in the photos below includes several optional extra upgrades such as a free-standing bath, floor to ceiling tiles, and walk-in shower. The laundry provides a good amount of cupboard space as well as an exit to the rear of the home.
Unlike many modern home designs, the Hampton 14’s open plan living area is square in shape. This creates a sense of space and avoids the “passage way” feeling found in some living and dining areas that are long and narrow. A generous 4.8m sliding door off the living room exits out onto the optional deck, and the kitchen has plenty of surface and storage space thanks to the large island bench and generously sized walk-in pantry.
The cubehaus façade gives the design its modern feel, and the and Weathertex cladding contrasts beautifully with the optional spotted-gum timber cladding shown in the images below.
