For this project in the stunning Frankston area, Victoria, our clients created a coastal home with the size of 182m2
The modern home has a strong emphasis on outdoor living. The home is delightfully assembled with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two centrally located living spaces. Rest assured, the home has a capacity to comfortably home a family.
Bedroom 1 is ideally located in a separate wing of the home, capturing heart-warming views and has easy access to the large decking area. Bedroom 4 includes an adjoining bathroom and WIR is ideally located in Bedroom 4. This bedroom is also situated in a separate wing of the home and offers privacy and a sliding door access to the deck.
This home is full of surprises. With two out 4 bedrooms having their own private wings, it also has two living areas in the middle of the home. Both living areas have large windows, allowing the beautiful view outside in. The large windows lead directly on to the large decking area. The 2.7m ceilings and 2.34m internal door heights create a sense of space throughout the home. The whole house features double-glazed windows throughout (a standard inclusion) and energy-saving LEDs in the main rooms. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry, Caesarstone benchtops with waterfall ends and a 900mm freestanding Smeg cooker.
The house has Cubehaus façade and a mixture of cladding (Weathertex Weathergroove and Ecogroove). The exterior has a stylish finish and it blends beautifully with its surroundings. The large 64m2 decking is a focal point and the ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. Our clients also made great use of the sub-floor area. Below they have a lower-floor studio. The plywood walls combined with the exposed bracing give the space a stylish, yet cozy feel.
With a total project cost of approximately $500,000, the result is a spacious and beautiful home that will be enjoyed for many years to come.
